Barbara Pickering has been the President of Chevron Shipping Company since February 2024, having previously served as Vice President of Chevron Shipping Operations. She joined Chevron in 1991 as a Charterer in London, supporting the Supply & Trading organization, and later held key roles in the U.S. Pacific Fleet, including Terminal Manager and Fleet Manager, where she successfully launched Chevron’s LNG Shipping Operations. With nearly 20 years at Transocean, she has developed deep expertise in human resources, notably serving as the Director of Human Resources for Offshore Operations, where she managed HR strategies for Transocean's global operations.
