Women Offshore provides career navigation, mentorship, and resources for those beginning or advancing their maritime careers. Your support also expands access to scholarships for U.S. maritime students, helping them complete their required sea term training.

General Support

Strengthens Women Offshore’s programs and operations, helping us provide year-round career guidance, coaching and resources.

Scholarship Fund

Supports U.S. maritime students who need financial assistance to complete required courses or their sea term training cruise.

Helm Society Recognition

Supporters who make annual gifts of $500 or more are welcomed into the Women Offshore Helm Society and receive periodic updates and insights from our leadership team.
