Your Support is Needed to Empower Careers on the Water
We are making waves. The Women Offshore Foundation is dedicated to empowering women+ by providing them with access to a global community and valuable professional development resources. Simultaneously, we’re raising awareness among industry leaders and decision-makers about the challenges faced by women in maritime professions.
Through the Women Offshore Career Support Programs, we not only help women+ launch their careers in maritime industries, but also support them in pursuing their career with scholarships and sponsorships. In 2024 so far our results have been incredible: 11 candidates collaborated closely with our program coordinator to kickstart their careers in water-based industries. 17 US Women were mentored, coached, and connected to the community. 12 International women were mentored, coached, and connected to the community. We successfully placed 2 individuals in offshore positions with leading maritime companies, and we proudly awarded $24,100 in scholarships to further support their journeys!
