Opening Keynote, Lindsy Sallee, Senior Vice President, Sales & Product Lines, Rig Technologies, NOV Lindsy Sallee brings over 20 years of experience at NOV, where she now leads Sales & Product Lines for Rig Technologies. Since starting in Inside Sales in 2004, she has held roles across Organizational Development, Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Sales Leadership. She holds a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis and serves on the NOV Norway Board and Spindletop Community Impact Partners Management Committee. At the Women Offshore Leadership Summit, Lindsy will reflect on the experiences and values that have guided her professional journey.

Closing Keynote, Karynn Marchal, Unlimited Master – Karynn Marchal holds a USCG Unlimited Master’s License and brings over a decade of experience sailing on unlimited tonnage vessels in the U.S. Merchant Marine. A graduate of Texas A&M University at Galveston with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation, she currently serves with the International Organization of Masters, Mates & Pilots. As the closing keynote speaker at the Women Offshore Leadership Summit, Karynn will draw from her extensive sea-going career to share the lessons that have shaped her as a leader, offering honest reflections on resilience, responsibility, and what it takes to navigate both the oceans and a long-term career at sea.
