The 9th Annual Women Offshore Conference will be held October 1–2, 2026, at the LyondellBasell Center for Petrochemical, Energy, & Technology in Pasadena, Texas.

Because the conference is being hosted at a dedicated event venue rather than a hotel, Women Offshore does not have a designated conference hotel or room block for attendees.

To assist with your travel planning, we have compiled a list of hotels located near the venue. Attendees are welcome to choose the accommodations that best fit their preferences, budget, and travel needs.

Please note that room availability and pricing are subject to change. We encourage attendees to book accommodations early, especially if traveling from out of town.
