THE 2026 WAVE MAKER AWARDS

The Wave Maker Awards recognize individuals who have made a lasting impact in advancing careers on the water.

Nominees should demonstrate leadership, mentorship, or a strong commitment to creating opportunities for others. Voters may submit one nomination per category. If you would like to nominate someone in another category, please complete a separate form.

To maintain the integrity of the awards, nominations should reflect genuine achievements and not be based on popularity or self-promotion. We encourage thoughtful submissions that clearly explain why the nominee deserves recognition.

Non-Discrimination Policy

The Women Offshore Foundation is committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. In accordance with state and federal laws, we do not discriminate on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or veteran status in any of our policies, procedures, or practices. This non-discrimination policy applies to admission, access, and participation in all programs and activities.

Beyond compliance, we actively promote inclusion in everything we do, recognizing that diverse voices and experiences strengthen our community and our impact.
