Welcome to the Allyship

Women Offshore's Corporate Membership Program

Become a Corporate Member of the Women Offshore Foundation.

At Women Offshore, we are committed to supporting both individuals and companies in their journey toward progress and improvement, fostering a workplace environment that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. While we recognize that no company is perfect, we applaud those taking steps toward positive change and actively encouraging a safer and more equal work environment. We understand that these initial steps may seem small, but they are crucial in paving the way for equality on the water. We are optimistic about the future and deeply appreciate the companies that have joined us in this endeavor.

In 2022, we introduced the AllySHIP Program designed for our corporate members. By becoming a member, your company will have the opportunity to collaborate with our leadership, gain insights from our community, and engage in discussions on vital topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). This program aims to empower women’s careers within your organization and beyond.

As a Corporate Member, you can choose between three membership tiers: Starter, Supporter. or Advocate. Regardless of your choice, your company will receive a digital badge that can be prominently displayed on your materials, showcasing your commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. Additionally, each tier offers a range of benefits to enhance your participation and connection with our organization.

By joining Women Offshore as a Corporate Member, you will demonstrate your dedication to fostering a culture of equality and support within your company. Together, we can drive positive change and empower women+ in maritime careers.

Proceeds from AllySHIP Memberships support the Women Offshore Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and its programs. Programs focus on mentorship, career development, and sexual assault and violence eradication.
