Opening Session: Fireside Chat with David Reid
We are excited to announce that David Reid, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at NOV, will be featured in a fireside chat at the upcoming Women Offshore Inclusion Summit. With over three decades of experience, David has been pivotal in advancing modern drilling equipment, automation, and oilfield digitization. Since joining Varco International in 1992, he has held key roles globally, contributing to innovative drilling rig designs and standardization.
David is a founding member of the SPE Drilling Systems Technical Section and the IADC Advanced Rig Technology Committee. He is a renowned speaker on business, technology, and leadership, serving on several boards, including the NOV and Schlumberger IntelliServ joint venture. Additionally, he dedicates his time to Redeemed, a program for survivors of sex trafficking.
