Julie Ferland is Shell’s GM of Shipping & Maritime in the Americas where she oversees maritime operations across the Americas region as well as the global interface of Shipping & Maritime with Shell’s Upstream and Integrated Gas businesses. Prior to her current role she was Vice President of Innovation Excellence, and previously led Shell TechWorks, Shell’s entrepreneurial innovation hub in Boston.

With over three decades of experience, David Reid has been instrumental in advancing modern drilling equipment, automation, and oilfield digitization. Since joining Varco International in 1992, he has held key roles globally, contributing to innovative drilling rig designs and standardization. A founding member of the SPE Drilling Systems Technical Section and the IADC Advanced Rig Technology Committee, David is a renowned speaker on business, technology, and leadership, and serves on several boards, including the NOV and Schlumberger IntelliServ joint venture. About the Moderator: Caroline DuBose is a Business Development Analyst at Shell where she leads strategic initiatives and innovative decarbonization projects within Shipping & Maritime to drive Shell’s Powering Progress Strategy. Since joining Shell in 2017, Caroline has held various roles in Trading & Supply, Chemicals and Lubricants Supply Chain where she has developed her expertise in executing multi-dimensional deals, managing complex logistics operations and leading continuous improvement projects.

Zoë Yujnovich is currently Shell’s Director, Integrated Gas & Upstream (IGU), and has been a member of the Executive Committee (EC) since 2021, when she was appointed Upstream Director. She has more than 25 years of experience in various aspects of the industry, from frontline operations to project execution and strategic leadership. She has held various management positions in Shell’s Downstream, Integrated Gas, and Upstream businesses.
