Consent for Recording and Usage

By signing below, I hereby grant Women Offshore Foundation the right to record my video interview during the Women Offshore Conference 2024. I understand and agree that:

1. The recording may be used for marketing purposes by Women Offshore Foundation, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, and other digital marketing channels.
2. The recording may be edited, published, distributed, or broadcast to promote the mission and activities of Women Offshore Foundation.
3. I will not receive any form of payment or royalties for the use of this recording.
4. I waive the right to inspect or approve the final version of the recording or any materials in which it appears.
5. I can revoke this consent by providing written notice to Women Offshore Foundation before the recording is published or used.
