The annual Women Offshore Conference is here and you know what that means, it is time for the yearly Wave Maker nominations.
The Wave Maker Awards recognize outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to advancing women in offshore careers. Each nominee should exemplify leadership, mentorship, or a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
Voters may select one category per submission, and if they wish to nominate someone in another category, they will need to submit a separate form.
To maintain the integrity of the awards, we ask that nominations are based on genuine achievements and contributions rather than popularity or self-promotion. We encourage thoughtful submissions that highlight why the nominee truly deserves this recognition.
