In today’s episode, Christine MacMillan speaks with Corinne Bendersky, a Professor and Area Chair of Management and Organizations who specializes in workplace conflict, status, justice, diversity, and inclusion in teams and organizations. Her research contributes not only to academic knowledge but also to organizational practice. They go over what it’s like to work in a male-dominated world and the experiences they have had.

Bendersky has conducted various projects such as workplace DEIB cultural assessment of public sector employees, developed interventions to reduce gender bias for women working in male-dominated professions, and used machine learning techniques to study the representation of working women in news media.
