Be inspired in this virtual conference by keynote speakers, Captain Kate McCue, Gladys Diva Brown, Cristina Zenato, and Elizabeth Simenstad. Panels will focus on the state of the industry, cadet leadership development, allyship, and opportunities at Matson. Expand your interview skills in mock interviews with California Maritime Academy’s Career Services Department.
In addition to providing participants with applicable, industry-relevant, and effective leadership strategies to add to their toolkits and inspiration to effect positive change within their own careers and their immediate environment, the two-day conference will strive to provide a clear understanding of COVID’s impact on maritime and related fields.
