We would like to imagine a gender-equal world, one that is free of bias. It would be a world where all individuals, regardless of gender, are empowered to pursue their career ambitions. It can seem impossible, but collectively we can reduce the gender gap and forge equality. Together, we can #breakthebias, the 2022 theme of International Women’s Day.
