This program, distinct from our scholarship initiative, aims to bring diversity to entry-level roles.
As Giving Tuesday approaches, we set a goal of raising $10,000 to enhance our Career Development Program, emphasizing the global movement’s impact on philanthropy. Donations contribute to advancing women in maritime professions, exemplified by Amanda Coleman’s transformative journey within the program.
