Do you have a sea- or industry-related story to share? Perhaps, that story has a lesson learned that others in the industry could benefit from. Regardless of gender, you are invited to use Women Offshore as a platform to share your experiences and your voices. Pass on your lessons to the next generation of leaders working on the water and submit your sea stories right here!
Nominate a Colleague or Mentor
One of Women Offshore’s cornerstones is our Featured Women section. From inspirations to challenges to opening up a supportive dialogue, women around the world share their experiences of working on the water to encourage and uplift others.
Alternately, we are pleased to highlight our male counterparts who show up in the form of supportive mentors and respectful equals. Our ‘Gender Diversity Champions’ also deserve ample recognition for their role in helping to reduce the gender gap.
