Being offshore can be so stressful.

Meet Virginie Ferguson of Wellness Offshore. Virginie is a yoga teacher, science lover, and mum of two. She helps the overwhelmed, anxious and exhausted overcome their struggles with an unruly mind, aching and fatigued body, using yoga and heart coherence techniques backed by science.

At Wellness Offshore she has various programs and a mobile app to support seafarers to manage sleep and rest, as well as manage anxiety and stress. She also has a free program for seafarers. To get started with that program, download her app.

Virginie is here on the podcast to share her expertise in maintaining wellness. In this episode she also walks us through an exercise to manage stress and anxiety.
