What happens when two power-house women join forces to help others?
Today on The Women Offshore Podcast Christine meets with Erica D’Eramo and Tanya Tarr. Erica is the founder of Two Piers Consulting and has a background in Engineering. She worked on offshore installations before starting her own coaching and consulting firm. Tanya has a wide and diverse background in advocacy, research, and health coaching. She’s the founder of Cultivated Insights and comes to the table with 9 years of Moi Thai training. That is the lens she sees life through.
Women Offshore asked this dynamic duo to lead a workshop for our 3rd Annual Inclusion Summit. Originally the material was going to take a full day to present and these women have whittled down the nuggets of truth that will have the biggest impact on the individual, the team, and the overall culture of the workplace.
This podcast scratches the surface of what Erica and Tayna will present at the Inclusion Summit. For more information about attending this in-person only event, go to WomenOffshore.org and check out events.
