California Maritime Academy will host the Women in Maritime Leadership Conference at its Vallejo campus, from February 28th to 29th, 2020. In its 9th year, this conference supports the success of women to deliver a leadership development curriculum specifically to meet the goals of professional women in the maritime industry.
The 2020 program will feature tracks for “Developing Self” and “Developing Others,” along with structured networking opportunities throughout the two days. Leave the conference with applicable, industry-relevant, and effective leadership strategies and inspiration for positive change within your own careers and organizations.
