Susan Coleman thrives on the water.
Susan Coleman is currently a chief mate sailing as a relief senior dynamic positioning operator with Transocean in Southeast Asia. She is a hawespiper who came up through the US Merchant Marine ranks, starting in fishing vessels off the New England coast US. Her experiences also spans cruise ships, research vessels, offshore supply vessels, and deepwater semi-sub rigs and drillships. Susan currently lives in Newcastle, NSW Australia on the eastern seaboard and is the current president of Women Offshore Australia Chapter.
